Espadin

To craft La Niña del Mezcal ESPADIN, each agave that will go into the batch will be estate grown and matured for an extra amount of time after it has fully ripened, allowing it to capture an extra amount of sugars in the piña. This is also known as a late harvest or reposado en campo, giving our mezcal its distinctive sweet and spicy flavor and aromas.
